Trip price is $1500 ( $500 deposit required to hold your space)
Escape to Costa Rica for a stress-free, adventure-filled getaway on a 400-acre working cattle ranch! This all-inclusive trip is designed for those who want to explore the beauty of Costa Rica while enjoying comfort, connection, and unforgettable experiences.
Trip Highlights
Roundtrip transportation is provided from Liberia Airport for arrivals on November 9 and departures on November 15. If you chose to fly in on different days, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the resort. Lodging is included in a private room with an en-suite bathroom and a small kitchen setup. Room configurations vary. Three meals daily—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—are included, and served at the restaurant. We can accommodate food sensitivities with advance notice.
Included activities: One-hour horseback ride through breathtaking landscapes on the ranch. Thrilling zip line tour featuring eight zip lines. Beach day at Playa Hermosa, one of Costa Rica’s most stunning beaches. Hiking adventure in Rincón de la Vieja National Park. Nightly socials at the resort. The resort also features walking trails, two swimming pools, and a hot tub, a fire pit and yoga deck.
Plenty of Downtime & Customization
There will be plenty of time to relax, or you can customize your trip with additional adventures. If you’d like more flexibility, you are welcome to rent your own car for personal exploration.
Pricing & Payment Plan
The cost is $1,500 per person for the first two guests in a room. Additional guests in the same room are $900 per person. Payments can be made in three installments of $500. The final payment is due 60 days before departure ( Sept 9th, 2025). Please articulate who you will be sharing your room with.
Important Details
Airfare is NOT included. You will need to book your own flight to Liberia International Airport (LIR). This trip is nonrefundable, as your reservation holds a spot that could otherwise be filled. No unaccompanied minors—participants must be adults or accompanied by a responsible adult. A signed release is required for participation. If you chose to rent your own car, that will not be included in the inclusive price either.
Extend Your Stay
If you’d like to stay longer in Costa Rica, you are welcome to extend your trip, but transportation outside of the official dates will be your responsibility. There is plenty of parking at the resort, so if you would like your own transpiration, you are welcome to rent your own car. There are no parking fees. There are many amazing places to visit within a few hours drive of the resort, including Arenal (the hot springs there are fantastic), beaches, and nature/ animal preserves.
