Lease option 3
Lesson horses are available for partial lease after a student is capable of tacking up on their own and riding at the walk, trot and steering unassisted, and with instructors approval. Partial lease option 3 includes two group lessons per week and one scheduled free ride per week. Free Ride days are prescheduled so as not to double book the horses. Free ride days, the student is responsible for grooming, tacking, warming up, etc before the ride. Then they are responsible for cooling down, untacking, grooming and putting the horses away. These options are limited so please discuss with instructor prior to purchase. This is the perfect package for someone preparing to purchase their own horse or who really wants to dive head first into the world of horses. Leasee’s are encouraged to be present for farrier, scheduled worming, vaccinations and vet visits. They are also encouraged to clean their stalls, clean the water buckets, and to help with feeding and watering horses. It’s a phenomenal opportunity to learn what all is involved with large stock ownership. Lease date renews on the same date every month and free rides/ lessons missed do not carry over into the next month. If you arrange 24 hours or more in advance to reschedule a lesson, lessons can be moved, but no shows will not be rescheduled.
